Rental Period
Every Rental period starts when the customer signs the rental contract in person. Additional fees will be charged for any extra time until the trailer is returned.
Customer Liability
The customer is responsible for rental fees and all damage to the trailer under their possession. Details of liability are stated on the contract.
Tow Vehicle Requirements
The Towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the correct trailer light wiring to match the trailer that is rented. The customer must not exceed towing limits specified on the towing vehicle's owners manual.
License & Insurance Requirement
The customer must present a valid driver's license, proof of insurance coverage(that includes proof that the insurance covers what the vehicle is towing). Towing vehicle must have valid and up to date tags before renting.
